What we cover, for how long, and how to claim a warranty repair.

Every service we perform and every product we sell is covered by a firm ECO-SERVICE warranty of up to one year. The exact period depends on the service category and is printed on the certificate you receive at the time of service or with your order.
What’s covered
- Workmanship on every service we perform — labor, installation, calibration.
- Parts we supply and install — for the manufacturer’s warranty period, plus our coverage on top.
- Products we deliver — the full manufacturer’s warranty plus our quality guarantee.
- Specialist or partner conduct — if anything we sent to your home falls below the ECO-SERVICE standard, we’ll make it right.
Warranty periods by category
- Appliance repair — labor up to 1 year; parts per manufacturer plus our QA.
- Cleaning — free service redo within 48 hours if you’re not satisfied.
- Roadside assistance — workmanship 30 days; parts per manufacturer.
- Healthcare — per the accredited physician’s commitment.
- Products — up to 1 year (varies by item; see the included certificate).
- Other categories — see the certificate you received.
Limitations
- Warranty applies only to the specific component, system, service, or product covered.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, third-party tampering, or unrelated failures is excluded.
- Routine maintenance (filter cleaning, fluid refills, etc.) is not part of the warranty.
How to claim
- Call us at our main number or open a chat from any page.
- Have your warranty certificate ID ready (printed on your receipt).
- We’ll dispatch the same specialist (or an equally qualified one) within 24 hours.
A successful warranty claim is free of charge — no second invoice, no parts charge, no trip fee.
