Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Eco-Service (“Eco-Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit eco-service.com (the “Site”) or submit a request through it.

Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service. By using the Site or submitting a request, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Who we are and what we do

Eco-Service operates an online platform that connects people looking for local services with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”). We do not perform the services ourselves and we do not collect payment from you for the services. Payment for any service is arranged directly between you and the Service Provider.

When you submit a request, we pass your information to one or more independent Service Providers so they can contact you and arrange the service. This is the core of how the Site works, and it is described in detail in Section 4 below.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a request form or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address (if provided)
  • Your service address or location
  • A description of the service you need

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics or advertising providers may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed at children.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Forward your request to relevant independent Service Providers so they can contact you
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 7 for how this is treated under New York and other state laws.

4. How we share your information — please read this carefully

When you submit a request, your information is shared with independent third-party Service Providers who are not employees or agents of Eco-Service. We share your request through one or more of the following channels, which Service Providers can access:

  • Messaging groups (e.g., Telegram): Requests may be delivered to a group channel that participating Service Providers can view.
  • Email: Requests may be forwarded to Service Providers by email.
  • Shared spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets): Requests may be placed in a shared file that Service Providers can access.

This means the personal information in your request — including your name, phone number, address, and the details of your request — will be visible to independent Service Providers and may be stored on third-party services such as Telegram and Google. Once your information reaches a Service Provider, that Service Provider’s own privacy practices govern how they use it, and Eco-Service does not control those practices.

We also use third-party service providers that process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, and communication tools (for example, Google and Telegram). These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Eco-Service, our users, or others.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep request information for as long as needed to operate the Site and connect you with Service Providers, and as required by law. Because requests are shared with independent Service Providers and stored on third-party services, we cannot guarantee deletion of information once it has been received or copied by a Service Provider or stored on a third-party platform.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information on the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In particular, because requests are delivered through third-party channels (messaging groups, email, shared spreadsheets) that are accessible to multiple independent Service Providers, you should not include in a request any information you consider highly sensitive beyond what is needed to arrange the service.

7. Your privacy rights (New York and other states)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. New York’s SHIELD Act requires us to maintain reasonable safeguards for private information of New York residents, which we do.

If you are a resident of a state that grants privacy rights (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of certain sharing of your personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, sharing your request with Service Providers may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under some state laws. If you wish to opt out of having your information shared, do not submit a request through the Site, since sharing the request with Service Providers is the entire purpose of the form.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain contact details, links, or information belonging to independent Service Providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Service Providers or any third-party websites.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
